My Philosophy?

My philosophy? Relational, resilient, restored. Our life experience is influenced by our relationships -family, partners, colleagues, and friends -including the introspective exploration of our relationship with ourselves. Examining these dynamics can be transformative. I use a conversational approach often guided by you. Rather than offering excessive advice, I employ thoughtful questions and observations to illuminate, understand, and uncover dynamics. This conversational approach helps to better comprehend you and your world. This deep exploration helps you and I identify the practical application unique to you that you can take forward.

My practice covers a wide range of issues, from anxiety and depression to the weight of grief. I particularly enjoy addressing relational dynamics and spiritual/religious deconstruction and reconstruction. I often employ neurobiology, “geeking” out on how understanding our brain, limbic system, nervous system, and body can empower our mental health.
